Meet Tunde, the owner of a thriving lighting store in Lagos.
He’s passionate about lighting, and his store shelves are stocked with everything from decorative chandeliers to energy-saving LED bulbs.
Tunde knows he has quality products and a genuine desire to make his customers happy.
But there’s one problem…
Just very few people seem to know about his store.
Tunde has poured his heart and soul into this business, but every day feels like a battle that never gets to be won.
His customers come in one or two once a week, most of them referrals or walk-ins.
