There are terrible imbalances in the growing patterns of believers in today's church. We have seen those who appear to be growing up physically and materially without taking root spiritually. Many believers are suffering from deficiencies in their nutritional formula. The Bible is hardly read by today's Christian as social media has taken over their lives. Culture is often confused with Scripture, while God is kept out of their consciousness. Poor foundation is laid today by unskilled and non-discipled ministers. They have intimidating paper credentials from Bible schools and theological seminaries but lack the credibility of God's own character. There is a mixture of emptiness and sophistication of ignorance in most modern believers. Those who claimed to have grown up to become leaders have been found to be parochial, self-willed, dependent, visionless, reckless, and gullible. Some of them claimed to be safe, but they aren't secure after all. Celebration of shadows and empty religion is common as against integration of godly virtues and righteous order. The use of cereals to raise the next generation of leaders is more dangerous than the worst of suicide. Let the true priests arise and stop the trend of babysitter leadership patterns and develop the right nutrition framework from the Scripture that will provide hope for tomorrow and the unknown future.
