Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice to customers on CCTV products, installation, and configurations. Demonstrate an understanding of various CCTV brands, networking, and integration with security systems. Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their specific requirements. Product Demonstration & Training: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients. Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of CCTV systems. Keep up to date with the latest CCTV technology and industry trends. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
