*PodMythians*🤩 My people, get this: *Treatment is expensive this side of the world and our resources are not as first world.* So, put more effort on prevention, eating traditional, more vegetables, stop smoking, limit on alcohol, avoid processed foods, cut on carbohydrates, animal fat, sugar, salt. Exercise regularly, at least 30 minutes a day even of brisk walking. You copy and paste first world lifestyle when you are in Africa, soon you will find out.🤔 In the case prevention has failed or no more applies then the best you can for yourself or loved is to visit to hospital early. Diseases don't usually disappear, they usually get worse. I know at times the symptoms may get better, that's usually a temporary relief but the disease will be advancing in background and symptoms get worse again. I also know that pain is what pushes us most to hospital, but let's develop a culture of taking serious any symptom pain or no pain. Obviously the earlier we come to hospital the easier and cheaper it is to deal with the disease. Cancers, diabetes, high blood pressure, HIV- all these they can easily be dealt with if they are diagnosed early. Diagnosed early =excellent outcome, using least resources. If diagnosed, you properly follow doctors orders it will be easy to deal with the condition, defaulting medication is one selfish act for it doesn't affect you only but family members who will be running up and down using their few resources to correct your mistakes. *PodMyth wishes you a healthy week!*
