🌾 Simple & Crispy Whole Wheat Crackers – A Healthy Snack ✨ These homemade whole wheat crackers are super crispy, fiber-rich, making them perfect for a light, wholesome snack. 🛒 Ingredients 1 cup whole wheat flour 🌾 ¼ cup oats flour 🥣 ½ tsp baking powder ✨ ½ tsp salt 🧂 ½ tsp black pepper 🌶 (optional) ½ tsp oregano or mixed herbs 🌿 (optional) 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter 🫒🧈 ¼ cup water (or as needed) 💧 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1️⃣ In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, oats flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano (if using). 🌾🥣 2️⃣ Add olive oil or melted butter and mix until the flour turns crumbly. 🫒✨ 3️⃣ Slowly add water and knead into a firm dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes. ⏳ 4️⃣ Roll out the dough between two parchment papers as thin as possible. 📜 5️⃣ Cut into squares or rectangles using a knife or pizza cutter. 🔪 6️⃣ Place on a lined baking tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. 🔥 7️⃣ Let them cool completely for extra crunch! ❄️
