🥒 Cucumber & Mint Cooler – A Refreshing Detox Drink 🌱✨
This hydrating and detoxifying drink is perfect for cleansing your body, boosting digestion, and keeping you refreshed all day!
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2)
½ cucumber (peeled & chopped) 🥒
1 handful fresh mint leaves 🌿
½ lemon, juiced 🍋
1 cup coconut water 🥥💧 (or plain water)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup 🍯 (optional)
Ice cubes ❄️ (optional, for extra chill)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Blend: Add cucumber, mint leaves, lemon juice, and coconut water to a blender. Blend until smooth. 🌪️🥤
2️⃣ Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve.
