1. YOUR DIET IS EVERYTHING: PRIORITIZE IT. Your diet is either fueling your heart or damaging it. If you want a strong heart, you have to eat for it. What are the foods to eat? - Leafy greens like kale and cabbage - Fatty fish like salmon and mackerel - Berries like strawberries and blueberries - Nuts like almonds and walnuts - Avocados - Olive oil and dark chocolate. Prioritize foods that are high in fiber and antioxidant. Whole Foods, fruits and vegetables. Don’t forget lean proteins like chicken and turkey.
