 *Asymptomatic Markedly Elevated BP:* 
SBP/DBP >180/110-120 mmHg (formerly "hypertensive Urgency") with out end-organ damage 
 *Asymptomatic Elevated BP:* 
SBP/DBP  ≥130/80 mmHg
