Leading agribusiness firm, Agri-Impact Limited, recently conducted a Participant Impact Survey as part of the HAPPY Program. This initiative, a partnership between the Mastercard Foundation and Agri-Impact Limited, is being implemented by a consortium of eight partners. It aims to create dignified and fulfilling work opportunities for 326,000 youth (70% women) and persons with disabilities across four key agricultural value chains—poultry, tomato, rice, and soybean. The survey seeks to assess the program's impact, identify challenges, and explore solutions to enhance its effectiveness.
