After a successful trial period, we will now be offering the 12+ (CAT4) as one of our services.
What is the CAT4?
The CAT4 (Cognitive Abilities Test) is a widely used assessment designed to measure a student's cognitive reasoning abilities.
The CAT4 test contains four key areas:
Verbal Reasoning: Measures the ability to process and understand information based on language.
Non-Verbal Reasoning: Tests the ability to analyse and solve problems using visual patterns and shapes.
Quantitative Reasoning: Focuses on understanding and working with numerical data.
Spatial Ability: Assesses the ability to visualise and manipulate shapes in two- or three-dimensions.
The CAT4 test helps schools understand students strengths, potential, and areas for development.
