*FUSILI PASTA SALAD*
Fusili is a great choice for a pasta salad because of its corkscrew shape, which holds onto flavors and textures nicely. Here's a simple recipe to get you started:

* -2 cups fusili pasta
* 2 tomato 🍅fruits
* 1 cup cucumber
* 1/2 cup fresh corn
* 1 medium onion
* 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
* tbsp lemon juice
* 1/2 green pepper bell
* Salt and black pepper
* Fresh parsley
*Instructions*:
* Cook the fusili pasta al dente, then drain and set aside to cool.
* In a big bowl, mix all the chopped veggies with the fusili pasta.
