We know London has a lot to offer every creative and it's not just the iconic tourist attractions that catch the eye. We've asked some of our speakers to share their favourite spots for shots in and around the city, and how they capture the history and energy of England's capital. Industrial expanse, green space, opposing architecture, contrasting communities... come to London to find your own 'best bits' too!
First up, @hannahcouzens and Shad Thames, Bermondsey. 📸
Hannah’s take:
💭 “I’ve shot in Shad Thames various times and I particularly love how it seems relatively untouched and still holds the charm from the Victorian era. The area was used as warehouse storage and the riverboats used to unload there. Some of the iron bridges connecting the buildings are still there and I think it makes a fantastic backdrop. I shot this image for Garrison Tailors, a clothing brand designed by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight—the industrial feel was the perfect fit. But beyond photography, I simply love spending time there.”
Stay tuned for more!
