*What exactly is the right mindset?*
This is a way of thinking that encourages you to grow, overcome challenges, have inner peace and live a fulfilling life.
*How do I know I have the right mindset?*
1. You focus on *growth*: This is when you say to yourself, *'I may not know this yet, but I believe I can learn.'*
2. You are *resilient*: This is when you say, *"Every challenge I face is here to make me stronger than I was yesterday."*
3. You have a *positive mindset*: This is when you choose to see the good in yourself, in other people and in situations you may face. "*There is always something to be grateful for.*"
4. You are focused on *solutions*: instead of dwelling on problems, you say, " *what can I do to improve this situation*"
5. You have a *self-belief mindset*: You have the confidence in yourself and abilities and you say to yourself, "*I can do this, I am capable.*"
6. You are *flexible to change*: You understand that being rigid can be stressful, so you are willing to adapt as the need arises. *"I am willing to change and grow as needed.*"
7. You have an *abundance mindset*: You do not have jealousy or live in competition because you believe *there is enough love, success, happiness for everyone, including yourself.*
