*DAY 4 - NOVENA FOR WOMEN*
*(Theme:-A Woman of Worth – Embracing God’s Purpose, Strength, and Dignity)*
*SUNDAY - 02/03/2025*
*PRAYER INTENTION*
For Women in Leadership and Decision-Making Roles
Today we pray For women in leadership and decision-making roles—that God may bless, guide, and strengthen them with wisdom, courage, and integrity.
*MEDITATION*
*(Judges 4:4-9) “I will go with you,” said Deborah, “but because of the course you are taking, the honor will not be yours, for the Lord will deliver Sisera into the hands of a woman.”*
💡Deborah stands as a powerful example of a woman called to leadership in a time when women were rarely seen in such roles. She was not only a judge but also a prophetess who led with wisdom, courage, and unwavering faith in God. Deborah’s story reminds us that God equips women to lead and make impactful decisions in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
In today’s world, women face unique challenges as they balance leadership responsibilities with societal expectations. Whether leading families, organizations, or community projects, women need strength, wisdom, and integrity to fulfill their God-given roles. Like Deborah, they are called to lead with confidence, trusting that God walks with them in every decision.
*In the Name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen*
*I Confess to You*
I confess to almighty God and to you, my brothers and sisters, that I have greatly sinned in my thoughts and in my words, in what I have done, and in what I have failed to do; through my fault, through my fault, through my most grievous fault; therefore I ask blessed Mary ever-Virgin,
all the Angels and Saints, and you, my brothers and sisters, to pray for me to the Lord our God. Amen.
*Come Holy Spirit*
Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created. And You shall renew the face of the earth.
O, God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolations, Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.
*The Lord's Prayer*
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not Into temptation, but deliver us from evil.Amen.
*Hail Mary*
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us Sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
*🌿 Opening prayer*
Heavenly Father, we come in faith, offering this novena for all women—Your beloved daughters, created in Your image.
Open our hearts to Your wisdom, strengthen us in our struggles, and fill us with grace to embrace Your will. May the holy women of Scripture inspire us to trust, persevere, and grow in faith.
Bless this time of prayer and hear our hearts’ cries, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
*DAY 4 - NOVENA FOR WOMEN*
Heavenly Father, Creator of all, we come before You with hearts full of love and gratitude for the gift of womanhood. You have fashioned every woman in Your image, giving her dignity, purpose, and a unique role in Your divine plan.
Lord, we lift up to You all women—across all ages, vocations, and walks of life. Strengthen those who feel weak, uplift those who are burdened, heal those who are wounded, and restore those who have strayed. Like Eve, remind every woman of her dignity; like Sarah, teach her to trust in Your timing; like Hagar, show her that You see and love her.
Bless the women who lead and serve, as You blessed Deborah with wisdom and courage. Uphold widows, wives, and the grieving, just as You comforted Ruth. Defend those suffering injustice, as You empowered Esther to stand for what is right. Bring healing to the sick and suffering, as You healed the woman with the issue of blood.
Lord, for all women struggling with sin, addiction, or painful pasts, may they find in You the same mercy You poured upon Mary Magdalene. And above all, may every woman find the grace to surrender to Your will, as Mary, the Mother of Jesus, humbly did, embracing Your plan with a heart full of faith.
*(Pause for a moment of silence or mention your petitions here)*
Heavenly Father, we entrust all women into Your loving care. May they rise each day with strength, walk in confidence, and rest in the peace that comes from knowing they are deeply loved by You.
We ask this in Jesus’ name, through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary and all holy women who have gone before us. Amen.
*🛐 Prayer for the Spirit of Deborah*
Mighty God, You are the giver of wisdom and strength. Today, I pray for all women in leadership and decision-making roles. Fill them with the courage of Deborah to rise with confidence and lead with integrity.
Grant them clarity in their decisions, compassion in their service, and unwavering trust in Your guidance. May they inspire others by their example, and may their leadership reflect Your justice and truth.
Lord, strengthen every woman called to lead, and let them know they are never alone—You are always by their side. Amen.
