Non-Governmental Organisation, NGO, 1Billion Rising, has proposed empathy as an effective tool in fighting Gender-Based Violence, BGV, in society. The Coordinator of 1BillionRising, Zakyiatou Djamila, made the recommendation in Yaounde on Saturday, February 15.
