The Tubah Council in Mezam Division of the North West Region, has launched works on some road stretches in the municipality; measuring 1,050km, which will be constructed with ecological pavement. The works, which go from the Higher Teachers' Training College, ENS Street of the University of Bamenda, through Ndikum Street, Pacific Street; up to Government School Junction, are being carried out using the Labour-Intensive Approach, HIMO. Some 52 locals from the Tubah municipality are said to have been retained by the Council to be involved in the project.
