The Ministry of Finance, MINFI, has updated accounting officers on financial reforms to reduce delays often experienced at the treasury. This was during a seminar in Yaounde Wednesday. Participants were briefed on the nomenclature of Treasury Accounts for the 2025 financial year. One of the moderators at the seminar, Nodjingar Alim Ahmadou, told reporters that: “The nomenclature of accompanying documents to justify expenditure as specified in the State budget, treasury accounting is an operational instrument that respects specific regulations”.
