A Doctor of Philosophy, PhD thesis, defended by Miriam Enow Etaka at the University of Buea, UB, has provided an insight on the effectiveness of humanitarian responses carried out by international Non-Governmental Organisations, NGOs, the International Rescue Committee, IRC, with regards the Anglophone crisis.
