🚨 Important Update: Immigration Policy Changes & Their Potential Impact on the Hospitality Industry 🚨
AAHOA is closely monitoring recent news about immigration policy enforcement measures that could impact hoteliers and their employees. These new enforcement activities may affect workforce availability and employer compliance enforcement measures—critical issues for an industry that relies on a dedicated workforce.
As an organization representing nearly 20,000 hotel owners across the country, AAHOA remains committed to advocating for the hospitality industry and its labor needs and ensuring our members have the necessary resources to be fully prepared for any possible enforcement actions.
In support of our members, AAHOA is working closely with the American Business Immigration Coalition (ABIC) to provide resources to support all employers stay in compliance with existing regulations while also protecting their employees.
