Members of Parliament have resolved to present a humble address to His Majesty King Mswati III, thanking him for the Speech from the Throne when officially opening the second session of the 12th parliament. This follows a motion moved by the Right Honourable Prime Minister, His Excellency Russell Mmiso Dlamini, in the House of Assembly on their first seating today
