Applicants should be holders of BSc Honours Degree in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
The applicants should also be willing to assist members of academic staff with research work.
The applicants should have experience of carrying out dietetics practical for under graduate
and post graduate students.
Proven working experience in Nutrition and Dietetics sector can be an added advantage.
*Responsibilities*
Nutrition Assessment Methods (biochemical, anthropometry, clinical).
Dietary intake assessment.
Food service management.
Menu planning.
