Bose Grant (JBG), aimed at supporting senior Indian scientists and researchers. *About J. C. Bose Grant:* * A restructured version of the J. C. Bose Fellowship previously under SERB. * Recognizes outstanding contributions by senior Indian scientists in cutting-edge scientific and technological research. * Supports researchers in areas like agriculture, medicine, and humanities at the intersection of science and technology. *Eligibility* : * Senior scientists with Professor-level positions and proven excellence. *Grants* : * Annual funding of ₹25 lakh for five years with an annual overhead of ₹1 lakh for the institution. * Can continue until the age of 68, if the Principal Investigator (PI) superannuates. *ANRF* : * Apex body to guide scientific research and promote R&D, in line with the National Education Policy (NEP).
