Highly Cherished, the first time I flew a plane (they flew me) I was amazed at how our flight announced to take 45 minutes from Port Harcourt to Lagos touched down exactly at that time. I would appreciate this wonder years later when I learnt that a plane in flight will go off course about 90 percent of the time. How does a plane do that and still arrive at its destination on time? Answer: the pilot constantly monitors the flight, gets immediate and regular feedback and constantly course corrects. Your plans will never go completely as you intend but if like the pilot you constantly monitor it, get feedback and make adjustments, you have every chance to get to your destination and on time.
