This past week, members of Jesus Youth USA and Canada met with Bishop Andrew Cozzens (Diocese of Crookston) and Fr. Tom Niehaus in Minnesota to explore the possibility of Jesus Youth serving the Diocese of Crookston at Red Lake Native Indian Reserve in Minnesota. The team from JY was able to share their experience of serving the First Nations Community in Canada. Bishop Cozzens, who was also chair of the National Eucharistic Congress, celebrated Mass for JY. Fr. Tom Niehaus, who will be the priest in charge of Red Lake Indian Mission - St.Mary's Mission, will be joining JY as they continue on their mission to Pukatwagen, Canada from Feb 15- March 3rd.
