This urgent upgrade is necessary to ensure overall efficiency and reliability of services. During this downtime, the City’s prepaid electricity vending system and its online electricity fault reporting platforms will be affected. While there may be intermittent access to these services as the upgrade continues, customers are encouraged to purchase their prepaid electricity tokens before the upgrade begins.
