JOB DESCRIPTIONS  Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business  Developing and presenting project proposals  Meeting with clients to find out their requirements  Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales  Creating and maintaining healthy relationships with suppliers and customers  Researching, gathering, and presenting information to clients and/or stakeholders regarding contracts  Overseeing and/or managing the ordering of materials and supplies  Devising ways by which budgets can be minimized  Negotiating construction contracts for the organization or clients  Drafting and revising a variety of contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors  Serving as the main point of contact for clients, site, and project managers  Supplying information to resolve any disputes  Identifying areas for improvement and overseeing health and safety  Working closely with other professionals, like construction managers, quantity surveyors and planning engineers.
