UNIK CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING LTD POSITION :SITE AGENT JOB DESCRIPTIONS  Ensuring the commercial performance of the contract is maximized  Coordinating and supervising construction workers  Writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents  Working collaboratively with architects to identify and determine areas for utility hookups  Assuming overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects  Delivering the work safely and without environmental incidents  Delivering the work to the specified quality without defects  Managing subcontractors and providing direct instruction and support as necessary such that contractual arrangements are achieved  Producing and managing the project programme  Encouraging and coaching team members to develop their skills  Maintaining client relationships.
