Idan kina son ƙarin dabaru don taimakawa mijinki wajen magance saurin inzali, ga wasu hanyoyi da za su iya taimakawa:
1. Hanyar Numfashi (Deep Breathing Technique)
Ya dinga numfashi a hankali (deep breathing) kafin da lokacin saduwa.
