Soft drinks kuma suna da sukari mai yawa, wanda ke iya haifar da ciwon suga (Type 2 Diabetes). 2. Kariya daga Ciwon Zuciya (Heart Disease) Yawan cin kayan fulawa yana ƙara cholesterol mara kyau (LDL), wanda ke iya toshe hanyoyin jini. Soft drinks na ƙara haɗarin hawan jini. 3.
