A Reading, Writing Life

*Life can be lived in an atypical, happier way (5-02-2025)*
Beginning from childhood, we are taught a pattern of life. We need to go to school, learn, get an education in something that is high in demand, find a secure job, marry, have kids, save for old age, marry your kids, and die peacefully.
I often wonder if that is what one needs. What if we don't live this typical life? What if we get an education in what we want to do? What if we don't marry if we don't want to? What if kids are not on our list of how we want to live a life? What if a secure, dull job is not our definition of success? What if we listen to our own inner voice about what we want to do, how we want to live a life?
Most of the time, fear keeps us from living an atypical life. Fearful thoughts encircle our minds. What if we turn into an abject failure?
Why not reverse the thoughts and think the other way round.
What if we live a fulfilled life, use our full potential, enjoy our freedom, and even contribute to the world not because we have to, but because we are our best selves, and it's the outcome of being our best self.
What if we live an atypical life and be a success?
