DEAR SCHOOL OWNERS; 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Remember; Year 2025 is not diffident from year 2024; the difference is YOU. It’s time to work on YOURSELF; in your leadership, emotional intelligence and responsibilities as a school. If your management team is shaking, it’s time to re-select them and control the movement. Your NEW STAFF must be protected from your old staff. One bad egg has the energy to contaminate the whole crate of egg🥚 . Never give a betrayal a chance to repent, his repentance might come with a cost. Forgive a person’s weakness but not his wickedness.🔥 Never be too difficult to approach. Always learn to welcome staff into your office for issues but draw the line of over-familiarity. Let there be hierarchy in your school with your staff, respect is earn not forced but sometimes you must create the chain of respect to be followed. When there is no path to follow, everyone become the path of their own. Your first responsibility is to APPRECIATE your staff for last year hard work and encourage them for a new year. Re-enforce the vision of the school to them and share responsibilities to them all. Every staff must be carrying a portfolio of duty. Make everyone feel involved in the running of the school growth. It helps to cement TEAM WORK. The portfolio should be based on their strength not their weakness. Every staff is an ASSET until you turn them to LIABILITIES in your disposition. Bring out the creativity in them and always push them to take charge. Never listen to gossip of staff rather learn to delay judgement for findings. You can never be sure of an enemy until you begin to train the gift of your sight to their character. Respect staff with great credentials but honor staff with CHARACTER. Those who will take the school to the next level might not look like it at first, but in the process, their MISSION will boost your VISION. Don’t look at what they carry but focus on what carries them. Many have lose ANGELS in their school because they focus on what they put on instead of what put them on. Year 2025 is for you to DOMINATE, but you must first learn what bring great schools down before learning what CARRIES THEM UP. If you must win this race, you must focus on your CONVICTION and NOT your CONDITION. Every situation is TEMPORARY, your reactions to them is what makes them PERMANENT. Hope this meets you WELL?
