Avaya is shifting its focus to large-scale contact centers, introducing a 200-seat minimum requirement for the Avaya Experience Platform (AXP) starting June 30, 2025.
 
🔹 Who’s Affected? Contact centers with fewer than 200 agents
🔹 Options: Scale up or terminate your subscription (written notice required by June 30)
🔹 Service Shutdowns: CPaaS and SIP Trunking services will discontinue on April 28, 2025
