*INGNITING REVIVAL THROUGH PRAYER* _By Pastor Wilberforce Bezudde_ *2Then He said to them, "The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.* _(Luke 10:2 NKJV)_ God never commanded us to pray for the harvest but for workers in the vineyard. True workers in the harvest field are first mobilized as sold-out intercessors. *_The harvest begins in prayer – we first become labourers in prayer._* When the church is effectively mobilized to pray, the harvest field becomes easier to manage. Prayer is not just a request for more workers, but for those whose hearts are dedicated, whose hands are willing, and whose spirits are empowered by God’s purpose. We need to recognize that God doesn’t move without people, and specifically, pray that labourers will cross the paths of those in need. Let us pray that God sends workers, intercessors who will pray fervently for the city and nation. Our city and nation are ready for revival, but we need intercessors who will persistently pray for the harvest to be directed into the hands of the harvesters, where it can flourish and bear fruit. It is through passionate, continuous intercession that we align ourselves with God’s will and see His purposes fulfilled. Let us not grow weary in this essential task, for the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. _Child of God; let us answer the call to prayer, for everything concerning revival begins and ends with prayer. Through prayer, we align ourselves with God's will and ignite His power to move in our lives and communities._ Hallelujah! Jesus is Lord! *Today’s Prayer:* Dear Holy Spirit, Draw me in the realm of prayer. I recognize the power of prayer. I respond as a labourer in prayer. Guide me to pray fervently. Let my life of prayer align with Your will, and be a faithful intercessor, standing in the gap for my city, nation, and loved ones. Strengthen my faith and empower my heart in prayer to bring transformation. In Jesus' Name, Amen!
