*CREATE YOUR ENVIRONMENT OF PRAISE* _By Pastor Wilberforce Bezudde_ *2He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. 3And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.* _(Psalm 40:2-3 KJV)_ No matter the difficulties you may be going through, start making a new melody in your heart. Start thanking God for His mercy and goodness, the doors He is opening, and for your best days ahead. Learn to create your own environment of joy, peace, praise and happiness through God’s Word. The Word of God addresses each day specifically. God’s Word should direct our response to negative things and our approach to life. Here is the key; when you complain, you remain in the same position, but when you praise, you will be raised up. In *Psalm 40*, David says, you will see more of God’s favour, when you sing a new song of praise in your heart. He said that he was lifted out of “the pit of despair.” When you develop a lifestyle of always thanking God and meditating on His goodness, always looking out for the best, singing songs of praise and thanksgiving, you will have peace and joy despite what’s happening around you. You will start to repossess the things you had lost and your dreams and desires will start coming to life. Your praise speaks life. Start creating the life you what to live through thanksgiving and praise in your heart. _Child of God; Don’t give the devil a foot hold. Get your song back and sing it._ Hallelujah! Jesus is Lord! *A Prayer For Today:* My Heavenly Father, I worship You because You are worthy. Praise is filling up my heart. You have put a new song in my heart. It lifts me up no matter what is happening around me. I choose to shut the door of complaining and despair and declare that you’re the best; your mercy and goodness are all around me, in Jesus’ Name.
