We are looking to hire a *Lead Flutter Engineer* *Fully Remote* *Pay Range: $2.5k- $3.5k* *REQUIREMENTS:* • 6+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years using Flutter for cross-platform applications (iOS, Android, and PWA). • Strong expertise in Dart and Flutter, including advanced concepts like state management, navigation, responsive layouts, and custom animations. • Proven experience translating Figma or similar UI designs into pixel-perfect Flutter interfaces. • Deep understanding of mobile architecture, application lifecycle, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization. • Familiarity with platform-specific behaviors and UI/UX best practices across iOS and Android. • Experience handling complex UI states, onboarding flows, and background tasks in mobile applications. • Solid grasp of version control systems, particularly Git. • Exposure to backend integration via REST APIs or GraphQL. • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Cursor to enhance coding efficiency and decision-making. • Bonus: Experience with Firebase, CI/CD for mobile, or basic DevOps knowledge is an added advantage but not mandatory. *Kindly apply here👇🏾* https://forms.gle/TA9pzh34xTsmjqmP7 Irene.
