Re-Open: We are looking to hire a *Cloud Integration Support Engineer* Fully remote Pay range: $1k- $1.7k REQUIREMENTS: • Working knowledge of Helm chart • 3+ years of experience providing infrastructure support or site reliability engineer • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and workflows, especially in the context of platform engineering • Working knowledge of Terraform—understanding how infrastructure is defined, deployed, and managed. • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and Azure, including basic services (e.g., EC2, IAM, networking) and multi-cloud environments. • Good understanding of container orchestration concepts and Kubernetes basics (pods, deployments, services, logs, troubleshooting). • Foundational knowledge of Python—enough to read, understand, and debug scripts or logs in collaboration with developers. • Experience using support platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Jira Service Management. • Exposure to observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar (viewing logs, identifying performance issues). • Ability to interact with REST APIs using tools like Postman or curl for debugging and testing basic requests.
