ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਅੱਜ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਸ ਪਾਸ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਜਾਰਾਂ ਕਿੱਲੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਐਕੁਆਇਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਡਰਾਵਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਹੁਣ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਤਰੀਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ CLU ਦਰਖਾਸਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜੂਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ 29 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਾਡਾ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ 'ਆਪ' ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ । 'ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ’ ਦਾ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ 1 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਇਕੱਠੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰ ਨਾ ਬਣਨ ।ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਡਟ ਕੇ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ 40 ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 24,311 ਏਕੜ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕੀਮਤ ‘ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਐਕੁਆਇਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ । I have made it clear in Ludhiana today that the Shiromani Akali Dal will not allow AamAadmiParty to succeed in it’s desire to illegally loot hundreds of crores of rupees from land owners by allowing Change of Land Use (CLU) in back date to exempt land holdings from acquisition in villages in the vicinity of the city. The party will hold a massive protest in front of the office of the Chief Administrator, GLADA, on May 29, to force the AAP govt to withdraw this anti-farmer decision.The AAP aims to collect Rs 1 crore per acre to waive of land acquisition, so I warn the officers not to allow this illegality. The SAD will stand firm with farmers and will not allow any of the 24,311 acres of 40 villages in Ludhiana identified by the govt to be acquired without the consent of farmers.
