When you read the Psalms, you will see that David was a human being just like us. He prayed like us, faced troubles, and had good days and bad days. If you know his full story, you will understand that he experienced many ups and downs. These things happen to all people, even believers. But through it all, we see our need for God. We realize that in times of trouble, it is the Lord who preserves us. He is the one we must trust. Lessons: We must pray always. We must read and know the Word of God. Days of trouble may come, but that doesn't mean God is absent and is punishing us. We must trust God even in times of trouble. Ladies and gentlemen, we will face challenges, but God is in control. He remains sovereign over all things, and He must be worshiped at all times both in good and bad days.
