In last 2 weeks, I have rejected 9 interviews, 7 podcast invitations, and 13 news mentions. Every news organisation is begging me for my opinion on certain topics. Every editor is begging me for my opinion which they can mention on an article. Every youtube podcaster is begging me for a podcast. “Please sir please give us some time of yours. We will be very glad sir.” I have rejected all of these, except a few where I felt my words would help retail traders, like you read on Economic Times. And I will continue to reject all of these because I don’t want to go mainstream right now. I can become famous all over India, today if I want to. I have so many invitations from so many famous outlets. But the reason why I am not doing it right now is because me going famous would mean, I have to leave my hometown and go to a bigger city. And I cannot do that because I have to take care of my old parents. They need me here. There’s no bigger achievement than taking care of your old parents.
