Prayer for Today – May 27, 2025 “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NIV) Heavenly Father, we come before You this day, May 27, 2025, with hearts full of gratitude. Thank You for the gift of life, for Your mercy that renews each morning, and for the love that never fails. Lord, help us to always give thanks to You in every circumstance, whether in joy or in trial, knowing that You are working all things for our good. We especially lift up our children to You today as they are celebrated. May they grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man. Protect them, guide their steps, and fill their hearts with love for You. Let their lives bring glory to Your name. Grant us, O Lord, hearts that overflow with thanksgiving, lips that praise You continually, and spirits that rejoice in Your faithfulness. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen. MSStephens
