This July, HDB will be launching about 5,400 flats in Bukit Merah, Bukit Panjang, Clementi, Sembawang, Tampines, Toa Payoh, and Woodlands in the July BTO sales exercise. Another 3,000 flats will also be offered under the Sale of Balance Flats exercise. If you are looking to apply for a flat in the sales exercise, apply for an HFE letter and submit all required documents by 15 May 2025. To provide a smoother experience for flat applicants, we will be suspending our e-service for application of HFE letter during the 8-day sales exercise in July. All new flat buyers should have obtained their HFE letters by the sales launch and will not be affected. For resale flat buyers with a tight timeline, do apply early for an HFE letter, which is valid for 9 months.
