Chicken curry recipe
Ingredients
6 pieces chicken
Marinade
1/4 cup plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon curry paste
1 tsp paprika
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp Kashmiri powder
1 tbs garlic
1 onion
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tsp curry paste
1/2 cup chicken stock
Oil
Method
Marinade chicken with yoghurt and 1 tablespoon of curry paste and set aside. In pan add oil, fry onion for a minute and then add garlic and all the spices including the teaspoon curry paste. Add marinated chicken pieces cook for few minutes and add 1/2 cup chicken stock, then tomato paste, season with salt to taste, cook until chicken is soft and the sauce is thick
