प्रिय महोदय / महोदया, Dear Sir/Madam, Starconnect Retail Internet Banking is discontinued effective from 07 May 2025.CC/CD/OD customer who were previously onboarded in Starconnect Retail IB are required to register under Starconnect Corporate Internet Banking. Until now, branches have been initiating deletion of Retail IB access for these customers by sending email requests to the IB-HO team at [email protected] to facilitate new entries in STCON under the corporate segment. However, with approximately 2000–2500 such deletion requests daily, this manual process has resulted in a significant operational backlog, causing delays and increasing customer dissatisfaction due to repeated follow-ups. To address this issue and streamline the process, we have now disabled all Customer IDs associated with CC/CD/OD accounts from the old Retail IB platform. This enables branches to directly initiate fresh requests in STCON (as per customer request) under the Corporate IB segment for these customers without the need to send deletion requests via email.
