Please also note that the staff, who has not submitted the following details/declaration in HRMS, will not be able to apply the reimbursement claim. 1. Declaration as regards to compliance self-certification. 2. Declaration of Secrecy & others. 3. Photograph in PDC. 4. Gratuity/PF nomination. 5. Updation of Dependant details. 6. Updation of present address/permanent address & latest mobile no etc. 7. Updation of Father’s Name 8.  Declaration of Asset and Liability Statement for FY 2024-2025 All Staff members are requested to submit the above details/declaration to enable to apply for reimbursement claim for June, 2025 quarter.
