The East Port of Spain Development Company Limited (EPOS) continues its partnership with the Adult Literacy Tutors Association (ALTA) to provide essential literacy support in several schools across East Port of Spain, through the ALTA Online platform. For some students, the transition into secondary school comes with challenges in reading, writing, and numeracy. This programme offers them the opportunity to strengthen those foundational skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Already, students are showing marked improvement in their grades and in their overall classroom performance. ALTA CEO Mrs. Arlene Wallace-Romero spoke on the significance of this partnership, during a recent visit to the Success Laventille Secondary School.
