In accordance with the Visa Bulletin of June 2025, published by the Department of State, USCIS has determined the Adjustment of Status Filing Charts for the month of June. For all employment-based preference categories, applicants must use the Final Action Dates chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for June 2025.
