*One UI 8 Release Date*
The beta is available for Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra in the US, UK, Germany, and South Korea. Rumour has it that Samsung will announce the stable version of One UI 8 at peek Galaxy Unpacked event when it launches its next foldable devices, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 in July 2025. Once that rollout begins, other eligible devices will receive the update in phases.

Enhanced Samsung DeX: Supports a WQHD resolution that can rotate in three separate directions for more of a versatile use case.
New Brief and Listen Brief: Gives users a day's summary via voice or text in a summary format, covering weather, schedule, and more. You can select whether to use Samsung's or Google's voice engines.
Dynamic wallpapers: Automatically switches colors based on the time of day: morning, afternoon, evening, and night.
Refreshed Reminder App: Better UI for the Reminder App, along with new templates to make it easier to add and manage tasks.
Quick Share Upgrades: Separate "Send" and "Receive" options that provide a quicker and better experience to share files between two devices.
Samsung Internet: A nicer looking built-in browser with extra features to help locate files.
Auracast support: Lets users share an audio broadcast using a QR code to simplify public audio streaming.
