A UNICEF chartered airlift, supported by the European Union, has departed Liège airport in Belgium carrying 6,000 cartons of Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF). This vital shipment is enough to meet the nutritional needs of approximately 6,000 children in #gaza for around six weeks. This is part of UNICEF’s larger, ongoing humanitarian response, with supplies continuously prepositioned and ready to be delivered when access allows. More aid must be let in. A lasting ceasefire must be reinstated.
