Incident Response: Be available 24/7 to handle emergencies, armed robbery assessments, and critical security issues. Performance & Compliance: Monitor service quality, conduct site visits, and implement strategic solutions to reduce risk. Financial Oversight: Track manpower expenses, review invoices, and ensure budget alignment. What We’re Looking For: Proven Experience: 5+ years in security operations, retail security, or loss prevention. Leadership Skills: Strong people management, mentorship, and training abilities. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with EasyRoster, security protocols, and retail operations. Problem-Solving: Ability to assess risks, implement solutions, and drive operational improvements. IR & HR Experience: Understanding of CCMA matters, disciplinary procedures, and labor laws.
