Cllr John Paul Feeley has been elected Cathaoirleach of Cavan County Council for the coming year at today’s AGM of the council. He is pictured receiving the chain of office from outgoing chair Cllr TP O’Reilly. Cllr Winston Bennett will serve as Leas-Chathaoirleach for the year.
